  • Sabbatical may be granted upon request for emergencies only: Medical, Family or Work with as much advance email notice as possible, and a text to your coach. 
  • May move 2 sessions max with min. 
    • 48 hours notice. 
    • Rebook within 2 weeks of missed state, after that no make up reschedules are given due to the nature of the program. 
  • If a session is no show, no make-up is given.
    •  If a second no show happens you may lose your spot in the program with no make-ups.)
