This is a combination of traditional vinyasa, hatha and downloaded info from the Divine Feminine flow for this New Year and New Moon season. Start with breath work (pranayama). 
Prana, the life force energy is accessed through a flow of yoga poses directly linked to the breath incorporating Shamanic teachings and focusing on connection to the elements and our chakras. 
Feel refreshed and balanced ending in a final relaxation with Crystal bowls in Savasana.
